King Cormorant in flight
A king cormorant coming in to land. A group of these birds were using a rocky outcrip by the HMS Sheffield memorial for flight operations, so I was able to position myself upwind of and below them and photograph a whole stream of them coming in (until my hands got so cold I had to move on!).
