Landing Caracara
Canon EOS 20D 1/2500s f/3.5 ISO400One of a pair of striated caracaras I met on Carcass Island intent on stealing eggs from a group of oystercatchers. It was a battle that lasted over an hour, during which time the oystercatchers repeatedly bombed the caracaras. This one is investigating my monopod.
